Victoria and Luxury Edition Travel represents everything one could want in a travel advisor, including being an excellent communicator. Our 2-week trip to Europe through 4 countries, was fraught with changing and unclear government regulations concerning masks and Covid tests - or not. And airline schedules that changed 8 times in the two years we waited for the ability to go. Her advice is stellar and she is a pleasure to work with

Victoria was very knowledgeable and hard working. The original cruise was a destination wedding which the cruise line cancelled. Only the wedding, not the cruise. Mistake on my part I'd thought it was the entire cruise that was cancelled. When I realized my error I contacted Victoria (who had gotten me a 100% refund!) and was able to rebook quickly with no problems! Victoria returned messages when she wasn't available. I would DEFINITELY go through her again, even though she's in FL and I'm in IL.

Disney on a Whim!

We decided since we didn't take a summer vacation that Fall Break was the perfect opportunity. Even with Disney's changes to Covid we had an amazing time. I would definitely recommend the guest pick-up at the airport arranged by Victoria. I initially thought it was going to be a bit much but after an early morning, was so thankful the gentleman was there and knew where to get our luggage and pointed out where the golf clubs would come out separately. Victoria also recommended using a ride share instead of renting a car which was a great option for us and averaged out about the same cost. We didn't have to all travel together this way! I would highly suggest you give Victoria your budget and let her plan the rest!!!

Our trip with SilverSea had to be re-booked 4 times (due to cruises cancelled related to COVID) and each time Victoria was patient and so very helpful in finding alternatives for us. We had the privilege of working with Victoria on our recent Alaska adventure! (Celebrity Millenium | July 23, 2021 sailing) We are avid cruisers and as the cruise industry emerges out of the pandemic, we were both excited but also a bit cautious to be the very first ship to visit Alaska in two years. Victoria was a wonderful resource, put us at easy and kept us continually informed as Government regulations, safety protocols and ship's information continually evolved. This included proactive communication when Celebrity rotated ships (changing from Summit to Millenium) after our initial booking. She connected with us prior to "blind" communication from Celebrity and had ensured that all our arrangements and room assignment transfered from one ship to another. Victoria remained connected throughout; including reaching out post-cruise to hear of our experiences, asked for feedback and recommendations for future clients. We look forward to working with Victoria again for future trips.

Victoria planned the best family vacation we could imagine. She arranged perfect accommodations that exceeded our expectations. Sent us tour suggestions that we are a great fit for my family of five with three kids under 13. Where do we begin!?! Victoria was nothing but remarkable during our entire experience. Due to COVID, we had to flip our entire plan to Seattle/ Vancouver that Victoria had been working on for weeks. With her multiple suggestions, we went in a different direction and picked to go somewhere within driving distance with a 5 star resort. Victoria was always there to email us, text or chat at any time, any day or any moment of the week. She would respond quickly, and if she couldn't, due to things out of her control, she would keep us updated. Her suggestion for Montage Palmetto Bluff was exactly what we wanted and we were able to do some pretty cool excursions. By the end of the trip, we did not want to leave! During our stay she sent a welcome gift to the room for us. It was a sweet gesture and message, to brighten our day. Victoria was able to assist us on a last minute cruise to Alaska! We had done a lot of research on our own but she was diligent in getting us answers to our questions, researching options, and finding the right fit for our needs and wants. She offered other ideas as well that maybe we didn't think of so we could look at other options. And she worked with Princess to get us a cabin that worked for what we wanted especially with limited inventory that was available due to our last minute booking, Victoria took some of that work off our plate and gave us information on excursions that we could review so we could determine what we wanted to do on our port days. Working with Victoria was wonderful. We changed dates, locations, costs, and wants more than we should have. She rolled with everything. She worked very hard to make us happy. We ran into a couple snags (our fault as we didn't heed her advice). The response was immediate and calming. When we had an issue with an excursion we planned she took the issue personally. Again we thought we knew better and should have listened to the expert. Lessons learned. Everything she did, recommend, and planned was great. I doubt I will ever plan a vacation without Victoria's help. She is everything that a professional should be. I cannot recommend her enough.

I come from the self-service generation of "book it yourself". So when I was tasked to plan and book my Mom's 80th birthday celebration, I thought this would be no different. I immediately bumped into issues with arrival dates, times, room types, etc. We were only 4 rooms, too. A friend recommended I talk to Victoria. I hadn't considered using a travel pro, but gave it a shot. I was sold within the first 5 minutes of our conversation. The questions Victoria asked to better understand my needs, the patience she had as I laid out all of the detail, and finally the confidence she projected that it would all come together, gave me a huge sense of relief. After hanging up, I received a detailed confirming the details. Within a few days, I had availability and pricing. All of it laid out neatly in a customized spreadsheet. Changes were handled professionally and without issues. The weekend was a big hit. I will be using Victoria for all of my travel needs.

Victoria was absolutely amazing in helping us find a hotel for part of our stay in Maui. My husband and I knew nothing really about the island just that we wanted to stay in a different area from where our condo was (for the following week.) Victoria was super quick in getting back to us with choices that fit our price range and the amenities that we wanted from a hotel. She made recommendations based on what she knew about us and how we travel and then negotiated with the property for us to get the best rate. It was so much easier working with her than trying to do all the leg work on your own AND the price we got was slightly better than what I could find online on my own! And the bonus is that the villa we chose was actually nicer than we imagined. It was a great trip and I will for sure work with Victoria again on our next vacation!

I had a chance to work with Victoria to help bring to life a surprise honeymoon for my wife up in the Arctic Circle of Sweden. We always knew we wanted to chase the northern lights but had no idea if we wanted to do that in Iceland, Finland, Norway or Sweden. After a lot of back-and-forth and dedicated research on all four countries Victoria was able to suggest Sweden and boy are we glad she did! Throughout the planning process she advised us of many things to think about when it came to choosing one country over another (i.e. transportation, accommodations, activities, dress code etc.) but also took the time to really make sure we were comfortable booking an expensive trip in a foreign country that we knew nothing about. It was so worth the time and we're so very thankful for her willingness to assist us on this journey as she created a once-in-a-lifetime memory! And for the record, we chased the northern lights and saw them three out of six days of our trip! AMAZING!
